Guemes Island Planning Advisory Committee (GIPAC) Annual Meeting.

GIPAC will report on the activities of the last year, including the USGS Aquifer Recharge Study, resources for well testing and rainwater catchment,a report on status of Young’s Park and election of GIPAC board members.
